I’m a visual artist and designer based in Wexford, Ireland.
My work moves across different mediums, with a focus on illustration, graphic design and visual experimentation. I’m particularly drawn to texture, colour, expressive typography and the imperfections that make something feel tactile and human.
I enjoy combining disciplines and techniques, layering illustration, photography, type, found imagery and digital elements to create work that sits somewhere between art and design. I’m interested in contrast: playful and considered, analogue and digital, structured and a little unexpected.
Rather than sticking to one medium or a defined style, I like exploring different ways of making and allowing each idea to shape the direction it takes. Experimentation is a big part of my process, whether that means working with new materials, playing with composition or finding unexpected ways for different elements to exist together.
At the heart of my work is a love of making things, exploring ideas visually, following curiosity and creating work with texture, character and a sense of individuality.
